Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Book a Free No Sweat Intro
This is a relaxed, one-on-one conversation with a coach (not a workout). We’ll talk about your goals, your background, and what you’re hoping to change. You’ll get a tour of the gym and leave with a clear, personalized path forward.
Step 2: Start Foundations
We never throw you into a class and expect you to figure it out. Our Foundations program is three one-on-one sessions with a coach who teaches you the movements, builds your confidence, and ensures you feel fully prepared to join group classes.
Step 3: Join Group Classes (or Keep Working 1-on-1)
Once you complete Foundations, you can jump into our supportive, coach-led group classes — or continue training privately if that’s your preference. Either way, you’ll be guided, encouraged, and challenged at your own pace.
