Our Youth Programs

Kids CrossFit (Ages 6–9)

Fun, high-energy classes focused on:

  • Running, jumping, squatting, pushing, pulling, and carrying
  • Following directions and working as a team
  • Building confidence through effort and play

Youth & Teen CrossFit (Ages 10+)

Designed for all experience levels, including athletes and non-athletes.
We focus on:

  • Strength training with proper technique
  • Speed, coordination, and conditioning
  • Smart, scalable training that supports long-term health
