How do I get started?

How long does it take to see results?
While everyone’s timeline is unique, most of our members report significant increases in energy and daily capacity within the first 30 days. Consistency is the key to sustainable, long-term health.
Do I get the chance to meet new friends?
Yes. We like to organize our fitness classes into small groups, as this allows you to meet others. And we always keep it friendly and fun!
What sets you apart from other gyms?
We prioritize professional coaching over DIY fitness. You aren't just paying for access to equipment; you are investing in a structured plan and a coach who is personally accountable for your progress. We focus on building capacity for your real life, not just your gym life.
How often do you recommend coming to workout classes?
If you are a beginner, we recommend starting with 3-4 classes a week, with the goal of working up to 5-6 a week after your first few months. It may take a while for your body to get used to training regularly, so listen to your body and know you will need recovery time every couple days or so.
Do you provide free refreshments there?
We have filtered water available to our members. Other drinks are available for purchase.
Do I have to be fit to join?
No. Our program is designed for universal scalability. Whether you are a former athlete or haven't stepped in a gym in a decade, our professional coaches meet you exactly where you are to ensure you move safely and effectively.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit cards, debit cards and ACH. We do not accept personal checks. Your CrossFit Spring Hill membership is also eligible for using HSA/FSA funds. Yes, really. We'll even help you set it up.
What kind of exercises can I expect during a workout?
Our class programming includes a constantly varied combination of weightlifting, resistance training, bodyweight movements, and cardio. It's carefully planned out to help you achieve the most well-rounded fitness possible, and it's different every day so you never get bored or plateau. Group classes are 60 minutes long and include warm-up, technique work, a workout that is anywhere from 5-30 minutes, and a cool-down. You will be coached every step of the way by one of our amazing coaches; you're never left to "figure it out" on your own.
Do I have to stop eating my favorite foods to be healthy?
No. A healthy lifestyle must be manageable for the long term. We focus on sustainable fueling strategies that provide the energy you need for your family and career without restrictive dieting.
