Foundations Program
In our Foundations Program, you’ll work one-on-one with our head coach to learn the essentials of CrossFit and nutrition, tailored to your fitness level—whether you’re new or experienced.
What will you learn?
• Nutrition: Learn the basics of a healthy diet to fuel your fitness and well-being.
• Metabolic Conditioning: Build endurance across all energy systems.
• Gymnastics: Master body control and flexibility through functional movements.
• Weightlifting: Develop strength and power with safe, effective techniques.
• CrossFit Fundamentals: Practice key movements that apply to everyday life.
What to expect?
We meet you where you are. Whether you’re starting from scratch or have fitness experience, our head coach will tailor the sessions to your needs and goals. Over three personal training sessions, you’ll learn movements, terminology, and skills to confidently join group classes, progressing at your own pace.
How does it work?
Each 45-minute session includes personalized instruction, a warm-up, and guided practice. Our head coach ensures you perform each exercise safely and effectively.
