🧠 New in 2026: Monthly Fitness Workshops at CrossFit Spring Hill

At CrossFit Spring Hill, we believe fitness is more than just showing up for the workout. It’s about training with purpose, learning new skills, and building habits that support a strong, healthy life — inside and outside the gym.

That’s why we’re launching something new for our community in 2026:

🎯 Monthly Member Workshops — Included with Your Membership

Starting in January, we’re offering free monthly workshops for our members that go beyond the whiteboard. These sessions are designed to help you:

  • Master key CrossFit movements
  • Improve technique and reduce injury risk
  • Understand nutrition, recovery, and mindset
  • Train smarter and more intentionally

If you’ve been looking for fitness workshops in Spring Hill, TN that combine expert coaching with real-life application, this series is for you.

What Kind of Workshops Can You Expect?

Each month will focus on a different topic to help you grow in all areas of your fitness journey. Some will be movement-focused, while others will cover lifestyle factors that impact your training.

  • Pull-up progressions
  • Olympic lifting form
  • Nutrition for busy adults
  • Sleep and recovery strategies

January 2026 Kickoff Workshop

We’re starting the year strong with our first workshop:

📍 Wednesday, January 3

🕣 8:30am (replaces the regular 8:30 class)

🎙️ Led by Coach Joe

We’ll walk through how to create meaningful fitness goals, align your mindset with your training, and build a plan that works for your real life.

💡 Bring a notebook and a mindset ready to grow. This session counts as a class check-in!
